Optimalisasi Manajemen Sarana Prasarana Sekolah Melalui Sistem Informasi Berbasis QR Code

Abstract

Effective management of facilities and infrastructure is an important factor in supporting the smooth implementation of teaching and learning activities in schools. However, many schools still use manual methods for asset recording and monitoring, making them prone to errors, delays, and data duplication. This community service activity aims to optimize the management of school facilities and infrastructure through the implementation of a web-based information system integrated with QR Codes. The implementation methods include needs assessment, system development, system usage training, and post-implementation evaluation. This activity demonstrates that the use of simple technology such as QR Codes can have a significant impact on work efficiency in schools, particularly in inventory management. Based on the questionnaire results, the majority of users were very satisfied with the system and the training provided. The most appreciated aspects were the ease of use, the benefits of using QR Codes, and the effectiveness of the training.
