Peningkatan Literasi AI Siswa SMK Negeri 9 Garut Melalui Edukasi Interaktif

This community service program aims to enhance students’ understanding of the basic concepts of Artificial Intelligence (AI) at SMK Negeri 9 Garut through an interactive educational approach. The program was conducted by Informatics Engineering students from Institut Teknologi Garut as part of the Community Information and Communication Technology Volunteer (RTIK) course. The implementation involved material delivery, demonstrations, and hands-on practice, accompanied by Pre-Test and Post-Test evaluations. The results indicated an improvement in the average score from 74.2% to 83.7%, representing a 12.68% increase in comprehension based on the Post-Test results. This activity not only provided theoretical insights into AI but also offered practical experiences through game-based learning media. In conclusion, the interactive educational approach effectively improved students’ digital literacy and equipped them with a solid foundation to face future technological advancements. For optimal results, similar activities should be carried out regularly with more in-depth materials and the inclusion of AI-based project simulations, enabling students to develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills more comprehensively.
