Abstract

This community service activity aims to enhance the marketing capabilities of the Hkm Trisetia forest farmer group through training in omnichannel marketing strategies. Hkm Trisetia manages forest products sustainably but faces challenges in marketing their products widely. This training provides guidance on using omnichannel strategies that integrate various marketing channels, both online and offline, to reach consumers more effectively. The training materials cover digital content creation, social media optimization, including Instagram, website management, and the use of e-commerce platforms. The methods used include lectures, discussions, and hands-on practice with real case studies of Hkm Trisetia's products. The results of the activity showed an increase in participants' understanding of digital marketing strategies and skills in managing integrated marketing channels. The impact was evident in the group's improved ability to enhance product visibility, expand market reach, and optimize consumer interactions. This activity is expected to have a sustainable impact, enabling Hkm Trisetia to utilize omnichannel strategies to boost their product competitiveness and market value.
